Continued use of kp365 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
kp365 may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, technical security concerns, or as required by law. Upon termination for cause, any balances held in the account — including deposits and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at kp365's discretion, subject to the findings of any investigation.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any conflict between translated versions and the English version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the kp365 platform that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to relevant alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
